CANCELLATION POLICY

Certain products on pawmatix.com may be offered as subscriptions, pre-orders, or try-before-you-buy items. Here’s how each works, including how you can manage, change, or cancel them.
SUBSCRIPTIONS
When you purchase a subscription (e.g. for Premium Pet Food or App features), you’ll receive recurring deliveries or digital access based on the frequency and duration you select.
- Your payment method is securely stored, and you will be automatically charged per billing cycle unless paid upfront.
- Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their term. You will be notified before renewal.
- You can cancel or modify your subscription at any time via your customer portal or through the links in your order confirmation email.

PRE-ORDERS
A pre-order allows you to reserve a product that is currently out of stock or upcoming (e.g. a new Smart Collar model).
- You may be charged partially or in full at the time of checkout.
- We will store your payment securely and charge the remaining amount only once the product is ready to ship.
- You may cancel your pre-order before it is fulfilled and receive a refund.
- If already fulfilled, you may request a refund per our standard return terms.
TRY BEFORE YOU BUY
When purchasing under a Try Before You Buy program, your payment method is authorized but not charged immediately.
- You will have a specified trial period (e.g. 5–14 days) to decide whether to keep the item.
- If the item is not returned within that period, your card will be charged the full amount automatically.
- Returned items must meet our return conditions (unused, original packaging).
