2. ORDERS

All orders are submitted electronically via the official website: www.pawmatix.com. Once you complete your shipping and payment details, the order is considered placed.

You will receive a confirmation email immediately after submitting your order.

3. PRICES & PROMOTIONS

All prices listed on the site are final and include VAT where applicable.

Promotional discounts are displayed during checkout when active.

Pawmatix reserves the right to change product prices at any time. Orders will be charged at the price active at the time of purchase.

4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We ship to all countries listed at checkout.

Orders are delivered via courier or national postal services, depending on the location.

Shipping timelines may vary, but generally range between 2–7 business days depending on the destination.

5. RETURNS & REFUNDS

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

VALID RETURN CONDITIONS:

- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

- You must include the order number or proof of purchase.

- Products returned due to our error (e.g. incorrect item) will be refunded or replaced at no cost to you.

If returning for personal reasons (not due to our error), return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Once returned and inspected, refunds will be issued within 30 days using your original payment method.

We reserve the right to deny repeated return requests or in cases of abuse.

These terms do not affect your statutory consumer rights under EU law.
